Definitions

Acceptance of Terms

50 Jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 50 Jili may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the 50 Jili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 50 Jili is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 50 Jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 50 Jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

50 Jili may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This process may require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended pending completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.4 Currency

Bonuses & Promotions

50 Jili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 50 Jili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 50 Jili Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person.

• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 50 Jili Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 50 Jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 50 Jili.

The 50 Jili name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 50 Jili. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms.

Responsible Gaming

12.1 Suspension by 50 Jili

50 Jili reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

12.2 Termination by 50 Jili

50 Jili may permanently close your Account if: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (c) you are found to be a Prohibited Person; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 50 Jili.

Upon termination for cause, 50 Jili reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to 50 Jili.

12.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

15.2 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15.3 Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.
